Was looking for someone to install a video doorbell and called multiple places for quotes and am I glad I found gift electrical. They were easy to talk to and friendly, not compromising on professionalism. We booked a provisional appointment and were told we could refuse to go ahead if we weren’t happy with the quote given upon assessment. Anthony arrived and gave us a quote which was the best we had gotten after calling so many electricians. He also went a step further to advise of a possible issue that could occur if we didn’t have a transformer and there was no pressure to commit . We looked for ourselves and transformers were sold out everywhere including at the manufacturer of the product itself. I’m assuming it’s a high on demand product. We also verified through our own investigation that it would be required so we left it in his capable hands and within 24 hours we got a call and a further appointment as Anthony managed to get a transformer and was able to complete the job. Superb service and quality and his conversation and knowledge shared during installation was greatly appreciated. We are super pleased with the services provided and would definitely recommend gift electrical to anyone. Thank you very much gift electrical and above all thank you Anthony for your amazing service! Can’t fault anything from the enquiry to the completion.

Had a ring floodlight pro fitted by Anthony, I am extremely pleased by his work, he asked me what dates I will be free and booked the date. His work is very wonderful I cannot see a single wire, the installation was of a very high standard, he also helped me add it to the app and set everything up, he made sure I was happy with his work, there was no mess he was an absolute pleasure, explained everything he was going to do and made sure I understood, he kept me updated from when I first contacted him all the way until he came to install the light. I will be using Gift Electrical again.
